A dual-functional nanoplatform is demonstrated that is found to have the characteristics of cancer cell targeting
pH response
near-infrared fluorescence imaging
and lysosome targeting. It can simultaneously achieve pyroptosis and ferroptosis under the mediation of photons for cancer immunotherapy.
